Causes of Stress
These are the factors of stress that should be reduced or
avoided if possible.
This is a non-expert advice. Yet what makes this reliable is
that it’s based on experiences. A few includes what I’ve been through. It may
or may not apply to you but it's still worth knowing.
*Noise Pollution
Music is pleasant to the ear while noise is its opposite.

…Passing cars/car honking if you live near the
road.

…The neighbor’s dogs barking longer than it
should be.

…A sudden unexpected knock on your door late in
midnight or early in the morning.

…Your alarm clock that woke you.

…Be the neighbors fighting/singing early in the
morning even though you wanted more time to sleep.

*Radiation
Slacking is good but too much of it isn’t.
