Causes of Stress
These are the factors of stress that should be reduced or avoided if possible.

This is a non-expert advice. Yet what makes this reliable is that it’s based on experiences. A few includes what I’ve been through. It may or may not apply to you but it's still worth knowing.

*Noise Pollution
Music is pleasant to the ear while noise is its opposite.
It could be…
·         …Passing cars/car honking if you live near the road.
·         …The neighbor’s dogs barking longer than it should be.
·         …A sudden unexpected knock on your door late in midnight or early in the morning.
·         …Your alarm clock that woke you.
·         …Be the neighbors fighting/singing early in the morning even though you wanted more time to sleep.
·         …Songs that you dislike listening.
·         …Your boss nagging about your report.


*Radiation
Slacking is good but too much of it isn’t.
·         computer or laptop
·         Television
·         Fluorescent lights are on while sleeping



*Emotions
·         Grudge - cause all you could ever thought of is taking of that specific someone
·         Unspoken desires
·         Scolded by parents/ significant others.
·         Humiliations
·         Love’s cruelty


*Strenuous activities
·         No warm up before exercise and would result to crams
·         Forced to do what you don't want to do.
·         Limited time to finish work
·         Been working all day long
